We have an opportunity for Financier Relationship Manager at Mumbai – Thane, Chennai, Kolkata & Bangalore location with INVOICEMART – A.Treds.
A.TREDS Limited (a group company of Axis Bank) is a national level online platform which facilitates financing of Receivables of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) from buyers through financiers. TREDS is in the business of opening accounts, uploading, accepting, discounting and settlement of Invoices and Bills of Exchange by way of Factoring and Reverse Factoring and provide such other services as permitted by the RBI from time-to-time. Invoicemart is an online receivable discounting platform for facilitating the short-term financial transactions in a smooth and efficient manner among the financers, buyers and sellers.

Key deliverables
• The ARM is a critical point contact of A.TREDS (Trade Receivables Discounting System), for all Financiers/Financial… Institutions in the region.
• Acquisition and relationship management of market participants (Financiers viz. Banks/ NBFCs)
• Managing existing clients and increasing income of A.TREDS, from such clients
• Engage with Risk team for regular monitoring of the clients from fraud management perspective
• Engage with all stakeholders in Axis bank for lead generation
• Handle operational issues of all participants and complaints
• Monitor day to day transaction activity to ensure minimum bid loss
• Actively engage with external stakeholders to get regular update on market and competitive strength
• Liasoning with different verticals (CRG, SME etc) of the bank for lead generation
Competencies required –
• Knowledge of Invoice/ BOE financing
• RM needs to have a general understanding of the market and target to on-board new Financiers (viz. Banks/ NBFCs) to the platform
• RM also has to be updated with various RBI/statutory regulations related to products handled
• Basic Understanding of Factoring ACT
• Experience in handling Financial Institutions, CXOs, and senior functionaries of Public & Private Sector Banks.
• Experience with Digital Payment Platform/Invoice Discounting Platform
• Basic understanding of Financial Ratios and Financials
• Experience in Supply Chain Finance / TReDS is a must
• CA / MBA with 2.5+ years of experience in SME / Large Corporate depts. In relevant industry
Educational Qualifications :
The candidate should have a Post-Graduate/MBA degree with specialization in any stream; Or a Graduate degree with experience in relationship management in relevant industry.
Experience :
an overall experience of 3-10 years as relationship management in Finance, Banking, Investment Banking, Fintech, Rating Agency, NBFC industry.
