What You Will Do
• Provide exceptional support to your Executives and their wider teams so that we continue to achieve our Vision, creating FANS for life
• Collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants (EAs) and the wider support team to ensure the smooth running of the Executive function.
• Complex diary management for busy Executives and manage internal/external stakeholders
• Effective signposting of customers and colleagues to avoid misinformation and unnecessary delays
• Management and ‘point of contact’ for executive enquiries and support requests
• Role model our behaviours at all times as you… will be a highly visible member of the Executive Support team

What You Will Need
• Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders
• EA experience within a change driven or customer centric environment
• Detailed knowledge of supporting an executive function and the management of competing priorities
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Experience of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Proactive behaviours, excellent attention to detail and effective communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of managing busy dairies and be able to adapt to changing demands and circumstances
