Role Description
This is a full-time Elite Relationship Manager (ERM) role based in Gangtok. The ERM will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with high net-worth clients, providing personalized financial solutions, and promoting various financial products and services offered by Kotak Mahindra Bank. The role involves on-site interactions and collaboration with… clients to understand their financial goals and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling mutual funds, retail liabilities, and other financial products through effective relationship management.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of HNI client needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to high net worth clients.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive wealth management landscape.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 3-6 years of experience in portfolio management, HNI client handling, or related fields such as wealth management or private banking.
• Strong knowledge of mutual funds, retail liabilities, and other financial products.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with HNIs.
• Proven track record of successful sales performance in acquiring new clients or growing existing ones
