Job Summary Be a part of Markets Corporate Sales Team at Standard Chartered Bank with direct coverage responsibility of select Large Clients in India with the objective to meet Client Income targets. Responsible for originating and driving non flow business for the bank. The mandate extends to the clients across all client segments of the bank in India South Asia. The role shall entail constant engagement and advisory on Foreign Exchange, Rates, Commodities, Credit Derivatives, Structured financing and investments etc. to Corporate Clients. These shall include discussions around Risk management, Regulatory aspects, Economic and Macro factors, hedge accounting etc. Engage with internal Coverage, Banking, M&A and financing teams on hedging solutions for private side trades and originating bespoke public side trades. Interact with all stakeholders across Trading, Credit, Risk, XVA, Product, structuring in order to deliver best on the street solutions by driving collaboration. Strong understanding and experience of FX, Rates and other derivatives, XVA in a large global bank is a key requirement for the job. Key Responsibilities Strategy Maintain awareness and understanding of the Group’s business strategy and model appropriate to the role Involvement with GAMS on accounts and engagement with FAMs where applicable to promote business. Manage, maintain and improve origination across assigned existing. Business Responsible for originating and driving non flow business for the bank. Identify new business opportunities and taking them to closure thereby adding new streams of revenues for the business.
