Role Contour:
Expertise in developing channels, launching product, designing business strategy, building up teams & adopting latest technologies leading to business transformation & growth.
Accountabilities:
• Responsible for revenue generation through distribution of all current and new products/services across the country through BC/BF distribution network
• Lead a team of Channel managers, TRM & Sales officers to achieve revenue targets through effective utilization of distribution network
• Responsible for channel expansion through identification, evaluation and on-boarding of new BC/BF partners
• Drive channel productivity across identified parameters and products/services
• Liaising with various product teams to structure and drive program roll-out across channel for identified products/services to catalyse business growth
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to augment the capacity and capability of the current distribution network and also… ensure channel compliance to laid out policies
• Reporting and Analytics in relation to driving business
• Grievance handling of current/new channel partners
