Description:
Duties andResponsibilities:
• Prospectand generate leads for banking products through various channelsincluding cold calling networking andreferrals.
• Conduct thorough needs assessmentsto understand the financial goals and requirements of potentialcustomers.
• Present and promote banking productssuch as loans savings accounts credit cards and investment optionsto customers.
• Educate customers about thefeatures benefits and terms of banking products addressing anyquestions or concerns they may have.
• Customizebanking product solutions to match the individual needs andpreferences of customers.
• Build and maintainstrong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyaltyproviding exceptional customer service throughout the salesprocess.
• Negotiate terms and conditions withcustomers to reach mutually beneficial agreements for bankingproduct transactions.
• Collaborate with internalstakeholders including underwriters loan officers and branchmanagers to facilitate the processing… and approval of bankingproduct applications.
• Meet or exceed salestargets and quotas set by the bank consistently striving to achievesales goals.
• Stay informed about industrytrends competitive offerings and regulatory changes affectingbanking products continuously updating knowledge andskills.
• Maintain accurate records of customerinteractions sales activities and transactions in CRM systems orsales databases.
• Adhere to compliance standardsethical guidelines and banking regulations while selling bankingproducts ensuring full transparency and integrity in alltransactions.
• Participate in training programsand professional development opportunities to enhance sales skillsproduct knowledge and overallperformance.
• Provide feedback to management onmarket trends customer preferences and potential areas forimprovement in banking product offerings or salesstrategies.
• Represent the bank professionallyat industry events trade shows and community outreach initiativesto promote brand awareness and expand customerbase.

Qualifications:
• Arabnationality
• Two 4 years ofexperience
• Bachelors degree in BusinessAdministration Finance Economics or related fieldpreferred
• Proven track record of sales successideally in the banking or financial servicesindustry.
• Strong communication andinterpersonal skills.
• Ability to build andmaintain relationships withcustomers.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasionabilities.
• Knowledge of banking products andservices.
• Familiarity with sales techniques andstrategies.
• Goaloriented with a focus onachieving targets.
• Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
