Role Description
This is a full-time on-site field role for Digital Banking Officer (Field Role) at Equitas Small Finance Bank in the Mumbai, Bengaluru & Hyderabad. The Digital Banking Officer will be responsible for daily tasks related to Lead Generation, Cold Calls, CASA Acquisition, Portfolio and Relationship Value Growth, managing finance, customer service, business relationship management, Cross Selling and managing loans, Credit Card and Investment, Insurance.
Qualifications
• CASA Acquisition – Lead Generation, Cold Calls
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Business Relationship Management… skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
