Description:
Manage Commercial product modeling roadmap for designated Fintech and Digital Lifestyle at e&. Managed segments include: e& Cash, Digital Banking Services, Insurance, Financing, Super app, Loyalty and Digital Entertainment.

Report to Head of Product Development & Delivery reports and dashboards illustrating Deliverables/segment & Sprints/squad and other technical recommendations and way—forward on Monthly/quarterly basis, aiming to maximize the deliverables and achieve commitments on quarter basis.

Support Commercial teams to develop & launch more efficient Capabilities and Platforms on the short term that contribute in generating new revenue streams for the organization.

Work closely with IT/Technical Team to create new value streams, platforms and engines to serve the strategic objectives

Manage cross-functional technical operational activities that require alignment, enhancement and business rules tuning between the different Commercial departments as well as Technical, IT and… Finance departments to enhance productivity, efficiency and reach the ultimate customer experience. That includes managing all Commercial entities involved, and recommending improvements to all management processes, technical system updates.

Investigate & resolve operational issues that affect any of: Customer Satisfaction Index, Revenue leakage or fraud cases. Define repetitive complaints’ root cause as well as process gaps that need enhancements in the technical design to close fraud gaps and stop revenue leakages.

Proper translation of the business requirement is done through a deep business analysis and converting it to technical language taking into consideration product portfolio and other services intersecting with it.

Making decisions and/or recommendations regarding the Commercial product designs (new and current).

Continuous enhancement of product and services of all implemented or newly launched projects, recommend new technology, new systems or enhance current system to better serve our internal and external customer in addition to assure and manage strategically with IT

Collaborate with stakeholders from various business unites to understand their requirements, ensuring clarity, feasibility and alignments with the technical capabilities

Translate business requirement into technical language with taking into consideration product portfolio and other services intersecting with it

Conduct a thorough analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization

Bridge the gap between our technical teams and business stakeholders’ requirements hence decrease TTM and enhance product quality.

Develop comprehensive documentation (product description) including functional specifications (user experience, use cases, process flows,…etc. )

Clearly articulate technical requirements to IT teams ensuring shared understanding of project scope and objectives

Work closely with the technical teams to refine requirements, resolve ambiguities and address potential challenges.

Manage Consumer solutions domains in terms of roadmap & marketing calendar in addition to managing and support the team members in product development aspects

Stay educated and well-read of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Responsible to ensure that all needed business/Processes for commercial launches is done after launch and to assure that the impact of the Launches is linked with Commercial KPI and to be an input for future launches prioritization

Education:

University Degree in Telecommunication, Engineering, Business Administration.

Language Proficiency: Perfect Command of English language (written & Spoken)

Problem Solving: Expert in conflict resolutions

Development of cross functional programs to fulfill financial targets

Skills & Abilities:

Excellent Analytical Skills, cross-functional handling and decision making.

Excellent Communication, Leadership and Business Analytical skills.

Minimum 8 years’ Experience in Fintech, Digital Banking and/or Digital Applications development
