Description:
• Managing the security assessments annual plans by assigning the needed penetration testing engineers either using the internal resources or using the security consultant companies.
• Integrating security tools, standards, and processes into the Product Life Cycle (PLC).
• Give the security clearance for the newly published application upon finalizing the security assurance activities.
• Ensure implementation of the assigned dedicated cyber security projects that assigned to his Area.
• Ensure implementation of Data protection controls.
• Assist Cyber Security Management Head for the planning of the security assessment activities, Developing the needed process & procedures.
• Ensuring that developers and QA personnel are trained with the appropriate level of security knowledge to perform their daily activities.
• Improving and maintaining secure development standards.
• Supporting the incident response and architecture review processes whenever cyber security expertise is needed.
•… Supporting Vendor Security activities to ensure 3rd‐party software and development meet AAIB security standards.
• Check and revise application security reviews and threat modelling, including security code review and dynamic testing
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field preferred.
• Minimum of 7 – 10 years of experience in IT, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Familiarity with common security libraries, security controls, and common security flaws.
• Experience with OWASP, static/dynamic analysis, and common security tools.
• A basic understanding of network and web related protocols (such as TCP/IP, UDP, IPSEC, HTTP, HTTPS, protocols).
• Experience working with developers.
Skills:
• Basic development or scripting experience and skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to articulate complex topics in
• a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to meet deadlines and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects.
