Description:
We are looking to hire a qualified Customer Service Support Staff who can join our dynamic team.
– Provide quality service to a portfolio of Business Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking customers, etc.
– Act as the main point of contact for corporate customers for all corporate service related activities.
– Identify customer needs and refer customers to appropriate banking department.
– Write and edit any kind of document, including letters, reports, and etc.
– Deliver administrative assistance to maintain the smooth operation of the office.
• *Job Qualification**
– Bachelor’s Degree is required.
– Arabic and English proficiency is mandatory.
– Min. 2 years of Customer Service/CSR experience.
– **Previous working experience in banking or financial institution is mandatory.**:

– Proficient with MS Office Tools.
– Locally available in Qatar and can start immediately or within short notice.
• *Salary**: QAR6,000.00 – QAR6,500.00 per month
