Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic merchant relationship Manager with proven records acquiring merchants, negotiate offers, maintain strategic partnership with key merchants on retail level.

The role starts from building merchant acquisition strategy with all retail stakeholders based on products, segments, and need.

Core Responsibility:
• Prospect and lead generation and Identify list of potential merchants based on product and segment.
• Conduct sales presentations to highlight clear objectives of the partnership.
• Mange merchant staring from onboarding , contracting, negotiation, complaint management, reporting, reconciliation, and settlement.
• Performance & Market Analysis: Report Market trends and competitors offers.
• Report acquisition metrics, provide insights to optimize strategies for actuation, cross-selling and retention.
• Stakeholders Management: Work closely with internal teams and address key needs to drive the business.
• Analyze performance and share… recommendations.
• Align with operational risk, compliance, finance and marketing team to ensure smooth delivery.
• Oversee budgets of the merchant acquisition
