Functional Role:
Operational Responsibilities :
• Establishes contact with the customer and the references provided in the application and confirms that the customer is still employed with the same employer who had issued the salary certificate.
• Ensure adequate due diligence on all transactions to minimize / mitigate the level of fraud risk. Highlight possible fraud risk through CP Verification.
• Complete CPV form containing the contact details of the customers.
• Checking the Central Bank system and Al Etihad Credit Bureau.
• Checks the application form thoroughly to ensure all required customer information has been accurately captured in the application along with customer signature.
• Screening the documents to ensure all required documents are submitted and still valid.
• Prepare the credit file to be ready to carry out to the credit analyst.
• Maintain internal black lists.
• Analyze the Credit Proposals and identify any exceptions / Deviations.
• Analyze financial… information including bank statements, in order to determine the appropriate loan size, terms, and pricing.

• Assess the borrowers’ creditworthiness, eligibility and affordability in order to enable accurate decision-making.
