Description:
Job Purpose:
• Work as manager for proactive portfolio management reporting to higher management to highlight the concentrations / trends in the portfolio. Develop & review of credit risk policies and support to calculate ECL, Credit Risk capital charges and Regulatory/financial reporting.
Description:
• Review of all the existing credit policies to align with SAMA guidelines and best practices on frequent basis.
• Develop new policies and procedures wherever needed as per Business / Regulatory requirements.
• Review of various Credit Financing Criteria/ Programs / proposals on annual basis. Update the risk acceptance criteria for CBG, BBG, SME, HNWI, FI and Syndication business on annual basis.
• Update and monitor Policy limits / Concentration Caps / Risk Appetite Tolerance Limits etc.
• Prepare monthly / quarterly Portfolio Management Reports with findings / recommendations.
• Prepare SAMA reports (KRI, monthly or weekly reports etc.) and deliver various reports / information to… Finance Division as per their requirements.
• Coordinate with CBG, ERM and other Departments of Credit Risk to meet their data / information requirements.
• Archive of clients record in the Credit Lens system as per SLA.
• Coordinate with IT Division for automation of portfolio reports / other reporting requirements, raise CRs/RFPs and conduct UATs.
• Evaluate lending programs on annual basis for non-retail sector.
• Any other task assigned by Departmental Manager from time to time.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or commerce from accredited college / university.
Experience:
• From 6-10 years of experience in relevant fields
