We Are Currently Working With a Consultancy Who Are Looking For An Experienced Compliance Consultant To Work With a High Street Banking Client Of Theirs On a Major Compliance Piece Of Work. You Must Have Extensvie Banking (business Or Retail) Experience And The Work Is As Follows
Controls Framework Design
• Design the overarching F2B Control Framework for Business Banking and interactions with Fraud, Fin Crime, Credit Risk and Operational risk
• Design of target state F2B controls register for key journeys (onboarding, servicing & offboarding, 3rd Party).
Risks and Controls Analysis
• A gap analysis of current state controls for existing processes for key journeys (onboarding, servicing & offboarding) against best practice, regulations and bank policy to identify:
• Missing controls.
• Controls that are not fit for purpose.
• Controls that require optimisation.
• Current and future risk view.
• Identification and documentation of Key Risks and existing corresponding… controls.
Controls Testing
• An approach to testing the Control Framework, with an agreed proportional sample tested end to end.
KRIs
• Key control metrics (KPIs/KRIs) and tolerances to measure and monitor risk across the journeys and design of the reporting dashboards.
• Overarching quality control of processes designed by the bank to align with the Control Framework.
You will need to be on the client site a couple of days a week and you must demostrable experience in this field
