Description:
Job Purpose:
• Owns the product vision and details product requirements, make sure they are complete, integral and consistent
• Propose the scope for MVPs taking into account existing resources constraints and sustained development of the product. Accountable for the scope.
• Accountable for the results of the sprint demonstration
• Managing product delivery
• Project management knowledge
• Makes sure the squad correctly understand the requirements
• Supports scrum master on the squads ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups backlog grooming reviews and retro.
• Manages delivery dependencies on the other squads by taking part in the PO sync and other cross-squad ceremonies.
• Monitor the product and operational / delivery KPIs that ultimately shape the performance against strategic KPIs of the whole squad
• Project management knowledge.
• MOB/MOL implementation for new features / changes basic knowledge
