Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Banking position at GoChat247 in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves managing customer inquiries, providing banking information and assistance, handling credit and insurance queries, and ensuring high-quality customer service on a day-to-day basis.

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Credit and Insurance services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving… abilities
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
• Previous experience in a call center or banking environment is advantageous
• English level : B1
