Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Specialist with banking experience at GoChat247 in Qesm El Maadi. The Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, communicating effectively with clients, managing customer service inquiries, and utilizing contact center systems. Computer literacy and proficiency in navigating call center technology are vital for success in this role.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in the call center field (banking field) or financial service
• Professional English… level
• Experience in using CRM systems
• Strong Communication abilities
• Proficiency in Contact center operations
• Computer Literacy and familiarity with relevant software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills
