Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, etc.
• BI Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of the overall BI strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. Provide recommendations based on data insights.
• Data Modeling and Warehousing: Design and develop data models and data warehouses to support BI initiatives. Ensure data quality and integrity.
• ETL Processes: Develop and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to gather data from various sources and prepare it for analysis.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize BI tools and reports for performance and usability. Ensure the scalability and efficiency of BI solutions.
• Advanced… Analytics: Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniques to generate insights and support business decision-making.
• Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor junior BI analysts and contribute to the development of the BI team’s skills and knowledge base.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for BI processes, models, and reports.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure BI activities comply with data governance and security standards.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in a BI or data analytics role in Data Governance, with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights and reports.
• Technical Skills:
• Querying, SQL, Tableau designer, with expertise in visualizing Data Quality metrics/KPIs
• Query KPIs, compute scores and chart along a time continuum to design and deliver an interactive dashboard that enables business to monitor DQ performance currently and trend overtime, also slice & drill into the underlying defective data, includes co-designing the needed architecture and modeling that supports the required dashboard capabilities
• Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of ETL tools and processes (e.g., Talend, Informatica, SSIS).
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Understanding of machine learning techniques and statistical analysis.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
