Position Overview:
The Business Banking Sales Executive is responsible for the end-to-end sales process of business banking products. The role involves acquiring new customers, managing existing relationships, and addressing customer inquiries. The job holder ensures high-quality customer service while promoting Jovera Group’s suite of business banking products.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new-to-bank customers, and target existing customers from the database to sell the following products:
• Fresh/Buy Out/Top-up Business Loans
• Fleet Finance
• Trade Finance
• Account… Opening for New Businesses
• Sales Lead Management: Follow up on and close sales leads referred by the Call Center and other segments.
• Customer Engagement: Proactively call and visit new customers, aiming to meet the agreed-upon target number of appointments per week to assess customer needs and offer suitable business banking products.
• Collaboration: Attend weekly and monthly team meetings to review sales performance, share best practices, and develop strategies to meet sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Develop a strong understanding of Jovera Group’s business banking products and stay updated on market trends to provide expert advice.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and long-term customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline, preferably in Commerce, Finance, or related fields. A diploma in Business or Finance-related subjects is also acceptable.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Business Banking or Commercial Banking.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Salary:
• AED 3,000 per month, with an attractive commission structure based on sales performance.
