Description:
JOB PURPOSE:
Takes the lead in reinforcing the vision of ADIB. Continually & proactively enhance aggressive customer acquisition and new to bank and create opportunities for liabilities new market share via leadership in people management / team building /diversified sales techniques, and go to market model.
high co-ordination with business planning and analysis for building successful business relationship and continuous successful acquisitions .
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Sales/Relationship Management:
• Seek new business opportunities and develop them to maximize business growth.
• Achieve deposits targets via marketing and cross selling the wide range of liability products to potential customers attracting new deposits.
• Communicates the mission, vision, values and progress of ADIB to hub team.
• Provides leadership to the Hub members with a strong focus on sales, sales management and people management.
• build the liability business in the assigned area of coverage , deepening… relationship and increasing targeted customer base through the execution of an effective sales process.
• Accountable for meeting financial targets.
• Ensures implementation of ADIB strategy through action plans aimed at acquiring new to bank.
• Develops and implements hub sales plan.
• Work actively on cross selling BB asset product.
• Enhance profitability by following monthly profitability by client.
• Provide regular and constructive feedback to management on business performance of the new hub liability business.
• Manage, coach & train Hub Staff with the aim of elevating acquisition hit ratio & service level and creating team work spirit.
• Proactively communicate with MIS team (product development for daily weekly and monthly reports) to ensure Budget achievement.
• Optimizes hub area opportunities to develop target market potential and area profitability.
• Conduct daily weekly, monthly quarterly meeting to ensure proper plan implementation.
• Ensures the safety and soundness of ADIB assets; applies and complies with all ADIB policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high level of clear communication of objectives and plans to achieve them.
• Networks within the community in order to acquire new and enhance existing customer relationships and meet corporate objectives.
• Visible in representing ADIB’s commitment to the customer segments he serves.
• Responsible for achieving Hub budget via effective sales management.
• Assist management in conducting management of change.
• Monitor and control attrition, quality of services, quality of files.
• Handle escalated customer issues, feedback and complaints in coordination of service unit.
• Motivate team spirits and very good environment for the hub team to facilitate budget achievements.
• Handles and deals directly high end customers.
• Responsible to close big liability deals.
• Responsible to work actively with compliance to solve any issue related to prospect and existing hub client.
• Work actively and responsible with acquisition staff to close liabilities opportunities.
CBE, Compliance, Audit, Procedures:
• Designated as overall in-charge of the hub member implementation of policies and procedures, compliance and control in all manners . Ensures proper implementations, reviews, recommends changes/improvements.
• Ensure implementation of all Bank & CBE regulations and compliance in every activity of acquisition and servicing process.
Ensure that all staff are abiding to Bank policies/ procedures, KYC, CBE & compliance regulation as well as properly monitored and follow up on the quality of files.
Service and Productivity:
• Works towards Cycle time reduction, continues sales process and account opening time improvement, customer satisfaction initiatives and empowerment activities related to service.
• Maintain daily high level of communication with trade &treasury department to meet customer daily needs.
• Reviews relevance of all service indicators and recommends changes/improvements. Updates everyone on the changes.
• Ensures that service standards are achieved.
• Reviews data on usage of each type of access channel and thinks of ways to restructure the set-up to encourage customers to go to the desired channels.
• Guarantee the availability of a trained contingency force during emergencies.
• Work actively with service unit and branches staff to ensure high level quality of service rendered.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
• University/College Degree preferably with Post Graduate Studies (sales and management)
• Min 10 years of banking experience concentrated in sales and acquisition.
Job specific Skills:
