Description:
Key accountabilities:
1. Data Analysis Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and
insights that support management business decisions.
2. Work with senior management to develop and implement business strategies.
3. Market Research: ** Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends,
customer needs
4. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability.
Prepare financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and financial planning. 5. Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop.
6. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management. Communicate
findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
7. Project Management: Manage and support business projects from inception to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
8. Stakeholder Collaboration… Collaborate with various departments, including finance, marketing,
product development, and operations, to gather information and support business initiatives.
9. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure risk
management practices are integrated into business processes.
10. Technology Integration: Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to support business
operations. Ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing systems.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, CFA) are a plus.
Skills:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the financial services industry. Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and recommendations
