Job Description:
A Banking Sales Executive is responsible for promoting banking products and services to individuals and businesses. They interact with customers, provide information and advice on banking products, and assist customers in opening accounts, applying for loans, or managing their finances. They meet sales targets, achieve customer satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of the bank.
Responsibilities
• Promote banking products and services to individuals and businesses.
• Provide information and advice on banking products, features, and benefits.
• Assist customers in opening accounts, applying for loans, or managing their finances.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by the bank.
• Conduct financial needs assessments for customers and recommend suitable products.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and procedures.
• Keep updated with industry trends, market conditions, and… competitors.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product specialists and customer service representatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in banking sales or related role.
• Sound knowledge of banking products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
