Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for serving customers by providing product and service information, resolving product and service issues, and maintaining immaculate quality standards.

Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction: Attend to incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure quality of inbound/outbound calls by achieving set targets in terms of service standards and customer satisfaction scores.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:
• A minimum of 0-2 years relevant experience in the banking sector.
• Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, and Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• A valid UAE Family book (mandatory).
