Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and experienced Banking Consultants to join our team and promote business banking solutions to SME customers. The ideal candidates will have experience in the banking sector and a passion for sales. Freshers with a flair for sales are also welcome to apply. As a Banking Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling various business banking solutions, including business account openings, business finance, facilities, and trade working capital.
Key Responsibilities:
– Promote and sell… business banking solutions to SME customers, including business account openings, business finance, facilities, and trade working capital.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
– Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
– Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business banking portfolio.
– Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer inquiries and requests.
– Attend networking events and build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
– Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products to effectively position our offerings.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in the banking sector is preferred.
– Freshers with a strong interest in sales and finance are encouraged to apply.
– Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, or Urdu.
– Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
– Candidates on self-sponsored or dependent visas are preferred.
Salary: AED 3,000 to AED 6,000 per month
