Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Banking Call Center Representative at GoChat247 in Cairo, Egypt. The representative will handle customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Responsibilities include managing various banking transactions, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a high level of service quality.
Qualifications
• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Satisfaction
• Previous (banking) experience is a… must (6months at least)
• Interpersonal Skills and Customer Support
• Computer Literacy
• English Level B1/B1+
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
