As a Banking Administration Executive at Deriv, you’ll be based in our bustling office in… Dubai’s Business Bay. Your challenges
• Forge powerful partnerships that drive our business forward. You’ll dive deep into market research, uncovering new avenues to expand our banking relationships and partner networks.
• Be the face of our business relationships. You’ll be the ambassador of our brand, meeting with banks and service providers to cultivate and strengthen these crucial relationships. Whether you’re enhancing existing partnerships or building new ones, your ability to connect and negotiate will set us apart.
• Stay ahead of the curve. In the fast-paced world of finance, trends shift rapidly. You’ll be our eyes and ears, keeping up to date with the latest banking solutions and innovations.
• Master the art of negotiation. You’ll take the lead in evaluating and negotiating the terms of our banking agreements. Your sharp insight and strategic thinking will secure the best deals, ensuring that our business relationships are as beneficial as they are robust.
• Champion precision in every detail. Your attention to detail is key in everything you do, from onboarding new business partners to handling due diligence. You’ll navigate the complexities of forms and documentation with ease, ensuring everything is in perfect order.
• Be the backbone of ongoing partnerships. You’ll maintain close ties with our service providers and banks, ensuring that all required information and due diligence updates are in place.
• Stay vigilant and proactive. You’ll be the first to spot potential issues and address them before they escalate. Your keen eye ensures that our partnerships remain secure and productive.
• Guardianship of our documents and data. You’ll manage our contract documents with the utmost care, ensuring they’re stored in line with company procedures. Maintaining the integrity and quality of our banking data will be your top priority, safeguarding our operations at all times.
• Support the bigger picture. From assisting in internal and regulatory audits to spearheading ad-hoc projects, you’ll be a vital contributor to our broader goals. Your flexibility and initiative will help us navigate challenges and seize opportunities.
Must haves for the role
• A university degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other major office suites
• Strong interpersonal skills and the capability to work with all levels of personnel with a high degree of integrity and maturity
• Attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work on multiple priorities simultaneously
• Possess a can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn and develop your career
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
