Job Purpose Summary
The incumbent is primarily responsible to support the Customer Relationship Managers in managing and servicing QNB First account holders, ensuring excellent banking services and timely completion of transactions.
Essential Duties … Responsibilities
A. Shareholder & Financial:
• Ensure complete support to Customer Relationship Managers in handling customer queries and complaints.
• Strive to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customer service performance.
• Formulate customer retention strategies to minimize attrition.
• Promote cost consciousness and efficiency to enhance productivity.
• Act within the limits of the powers delegated to the incumbent.
B. Customer (Internal & External):
• Ensure high standards of customer service and proactive contact with customers.
• Follow up on every issue ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Get involved with database management and loyalty programs.
• Provide “service excellence” for QNB First customers.
• Maintain activities in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
C. Internal (Processes, Products, Regulatory):
• Work in shifts as per bank policies.
• Identify gaps in QNB First service with Relationship Managers.
• Assist customers in filling required QNB documents.
• Maintain QNB First customer’s personal information data.
D. Learning & Knowledge:
• Possess working knowledge of customer relationship management.
• Identify areas for professional development.
Education/Experience Requirements
• Bachelor degree preferably in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or IT.
• No years of experience required.
