Job Description
The role is responsible for controlling enterprise access to resources by associating user rights and restrictions with the established identity across all critical applications, based on Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability. He/she Identity and Access Management (IAM) work unit is responsible for how users within an organization are given an identity – and how it is protected, including saving critical applications, data, and systems from unauthorized access while managing the identities and access rights of people both inside and outside the organization.
Responsibilities
• Facilitates identity and access management.
• Ensuring that customer requests for security access are completed promptly
• Provide second-level technical support to the project team and end users.
• Perform ticket management and participate in project meetings
• Support in provisioning/de-provisioning of access to applications, infrastructure, and operating systems as per established… Policy, Standards, and procedures.
• Responsible for updating and resolving request tickets and ensuring timely settlement of assigned user requests and issues as outlined by SLAs.
• Assist with troubleshooting and problem analysis by working with other teams, vendors, or users in diagnosing and resolving user access issues.
• Assist with unique/complex security access requests including internal and external audit and disaster recovery testing
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
A tertiary-level qualification from an internationally recognized institution
Years & Nature of Experience
• Will be a fresh graduate with 3 years of experience
• If with experience, would have been accountable for the completion of assigned tasks and project work and has developed a level of competence to carry out work independently
