Job Description:
This role requires an experienced and highly skilled professional to play an active role within the Global Banking Technology with main focus area being India payments regulatory ecosystem. This role requires working with the Lines of Business and other Technology teams across Treasury and Trade domains within the bank. As a Technology Delivery Lead, the candidate will get opportunity to drive strategic road maps and manage progress based on consistent Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes leveraging Waterfall and Agile/SAFe methodologies. In addition, he/she will partner with the Line of Business to manage the project financials and help drive the overall portfolio towards the strategic road map.

Responsibilities:
• Leverage domain and technical expertise to drive implementation of banking technology solutions, including successful integration with firm’s technology ecosystem.
• Proactively identify, manage, and address risks, issues, & dependencies.
• Work with business, operations, technology partners/delivery teams for desired business outcomes.
• Act as the primary liaison between the vendor and internal technology teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations with respect to scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Work with business, operations, internal technology teams, and with vendor partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Actively participate in the technical architecture and design.
• Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities.
• Review and finetune estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
• Work with business and technology partner teams to facilitate technology strategies/compliance.

Key Requirements:
• Experienced and dynamic team player with up to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Considerable experience in SDLC methodologies, Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, SAFe.
• Conversant with India Regulatory clearing ecosystem that includes NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, IMPS, UPI, CTS, ACH etc.
• Strong technology delivery capability from E2E project delivery standpoint.
• Experience in CI-CD end to end flow implementation involving different latest tools/DevOps/manage complex setup & deployments would be an added advantage.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
• Build and maintain relationships by engaging different project stakeholders to establish credibility, solve problems, and achieve goals.
• Sound knowledge of the Banking domain.
• Experience working with product and service vendors, and with the onshore-offshore delivery model.

Communication Skills:
• Ability to influence & work with regional and global partners/stakeholders to drive projects forward.
• Execution and result oriented. Aptitude for critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making.
• Stay abreast of latest technology and industry trends.
• Be the change agent to influence and drive transformation: e.g. DevOps, Agile development.

• Reasonable financials skill set – written and verbal.
• Team-oriented skills with technical and non-technical staff

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant Engineering streams
