Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank’s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Job Purpose
• Knowledge of KYC guidelines for static changes of customers
• Perform static data changes related activities in account services team
• To complete document checking, KYC checks
• MIS preparation, data submission
• Adherence to SLA and defined TAT

Key Accountabilities
• Co-ordination with stake holders for query resolution. Manage queries
• Delivery TAT and Customer satisfaction
• Data accuracy & Transaction quality
• Report submission for audit, regulators requests

Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Ensure adherence and execution of customer KYC, Static data update
•… Ensure adherence of controls, risk, process note
• Ensure all activities related to KYC, CKYC is adhered with respect to guidelines and completed within agreed SLA/TAT
• Ensure and implement BOD & EOD controls on exception activities
• Generate ideas for new processes/initiatives. Participate in tech testing

Required Experience
• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in retail banking with experience of AML/KYC and banking operations
• Sound knowledge of KYC, CKYC, Excel skills, AML and Retail account services guidelines

Education / Preferred Qualifications
• Minimum of graduation from recognised university
