Description:
Job Purpose:
• Organize control and of the CAD Corporate documentation activities and to ensure the function of the unit is in line with Banks policy and department procedure.
• Organize control of the CAD Corporate Custody Management & Collateral Management.
• Provide efficient and cost-effective operational services in support of the bank’s business objectives.
• Periodic review to ensure process improvement achieving high level of productivity and efficiency through automation.

Principal Accountabilities:
• Preparation of facility letters and other related security documents for Wholesale Banking in line with Credit sanctioned approved at Credit & Board Credit committee for both conventional & Islamic portfolios
• Review of executed Facility letters / security documents /Charge and constitutional documents for Wholesale Banking in line with Credit sanctioned approved at Credit & Board Credit committee.
• Release of Limits instruction /TAE/TAM/TAV upon completion and perfection of… related security documents
• Maintaining safe custody for WB lending portfolio
• Performance archival obsolete documents on periodic basis as per Bank Policy
• Update the Securities into collateral management system.
• Update movable securities in EIRC on timely manner.
• Liaising with Legal/ Credit/WB/IT and other key stakeholders
• Updating deferrals approvals and follow up with WB on monthly basis.
• Follow up for security exceptions on monthly basis.
• Involvement project activities and perform UAT as per the Management requirements.
• Maintaining/updating daily MIS/Production sheet and filing the records
• Timely reporting to concerned parties on all Operational Risk, Fraud and AML issues.
• Handling the Collateral reporting for IFRS and ECL/ BASAL reporting and collateral management activities and MIS reporting on security exceptions
• Participate in training programs and cross functional training.
• Ensure all work carried out is as per the terms and conditions laid down in the respective Sanctions/Approvals and in compliance with the Bank’s Credit Policy & Procedure Support.
• Handling the Collateral reporting for IFRS and ECL/ BASAL reporting and collateral management activities and MIS reporting on security exceptions
• Maintaining the highest standard in the documentation and ensure to achieve TAT in all the activities under documentation.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree from a recognized international education institute
• 4 – 6 years’ minimum Management experience in handing Corporate documentation in CAD division.
• Effective communication skills in English
• Good inter-personal and communication skills
• Supervisory skills
• Good understanding of protocols and procedures to be compliant with UAE regulations and requirements
