Designation: Area Sales Manager – SME
Location: Mumbai/Ahmedabad/Pune
Experience: 10-12 years
Role Responsibilities
• Oversee a group of acquisition managers to find NTB clients in the agri-SME sector.
• Good geographic knowledge and the capacity to hire talented team members fast.
• Understanding the business model of customers, having a reasonable capacity to evaluate financials, and spotting appropriate NTB business possibilities for working capital (fund-based or non-fund-based) and term loan facilities in the MSME, agribusiness, and food processing sectors.
• Cross offers liability and other third-party products to recently hired clients.
• For efficient risk management and seamless customer onboarding, closely collaborate with the legal and technical teams, the credit and risk function, the RCAD team, and the GR/GTS team.
• To work with internal bank channels and create open market sourcing through financial consultants, DMAs, and CAs. The capacity to establish networks and channels across different company sectors through trade groups, industry bodies, warehouse managers, etc.
