We are currently looking for Application Support Engineer – SMS Banking for our UAE operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions.
Experience & Skills
• Minimum 4—7 years of experience in IT sector in a similar role.
• Worked in any banking sector within IT development or channels platforms.
• Key Accountabilities of the role
• SMS Channel Support Engineer Ensure assigned systems of responsibility to be available 24/7 to Bank’s customers with high level of availability, performance and application security without any business impact or financial loss.
• Provide technical operational support and issues and problems resolution for assigned systems
• Deliver IT projects and tasks assigned for the agreed scoped business requirements, within planned budget, and planned time
• Comply with Bank’s IT processes, and procedures.

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
