Job Purpose
• Major focus will be to grow Investment AUM, increase revenue from Investment Products and meet highest standards of data accuracy and integrity in dealing with customer data. Provide meaningful insights into client portfolios to aid decision making by undertaking holistic analysis of portfolios
Key Accountabilities
• To meet Investment Product volume targets and revenue objectives
• Assisting frontline with client portfolio evaluation and investment… product related data, analytics and presentations
• Deepen customer relationships and increase wallet share across DBS product offerings (forex, insurance and retail asset products)
• Increase/support overall revenue per customer through detailed portfolio evaluation
• Ring fence (RM moving out of system) and Risk Management (High Single Product / Scheme concentration) for key clients
• Adhere to SEBI Regulations, financial regulations and compliance standards both internally and externally
Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Undertake comprehensive portfolio evaluation (Rs 6 cr and above pan India) & support in designing product pitch materials for Proposals
• Providing research support to design monthly house views covering Global and Domestic Macro, Updates on products performance and key developments in financial markets
• Providing regular support to Treasures Relationship Manager (TRM) and Investment Counsellor (IC) for increasing NGEN usage by undertaking trainings, resolving queries and explaining functionalities for various analytics along with database management
• Prepare MIS and related communication for portfolio evaluation and assist in converting NTBs to DBS client on various product opportunity
• Support on research on tactical investment ideas like Budget Implications, monthly performance review of DBS Select Funds against Benchmark for key categories and Performance Evaluation for Depictive Portfolios across different time periods for internal & external customers
• Collaborate with marketing teams to work on campaigns relating to Investment Ideas
• Support to increase Customer Service Satisfactory Survey scores across all parameters by resolving critical queries raised by existing clients during portfolio evaluation discussions
• Imbibe service culture in case of dealing with customers particularly complaint resolution
Required Experience
• At least 3 years of work experience in Financial Services / NBFC/ Investment Company of which minimum 1years should be experience in wealth / investments
Education / Preferred Qualification
• MBA or CA
• NISM Certification for MFs and or PMS
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) will be added advantage
