Job Purpose
• Drive daily productivity of CEP Personal Bankers
Key Accountability
• The key accountability of CRM is onboard new relationships and get quality salary accounts from the team along with Cross Sell for channel profitability
Job Duties And Responsibilities
• Drive monthly productivity of CEP PB for NoA, Value with salary credits & Cross-sell
• Onboard and manage mid-size corporates
• Drive product penetration across mapped set of corporates
• Plan out… work-sites and participate in inductions
• Recruitment & training
• Risk and Control management for mapped relationships
Preferred Qualification And Experience
• Graduate/post-graduate with min 10 years of relevant experience
Core Competencies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ready to travel and goal oriented
• Must be a good listener and presenter
Technical Experience And Competencies
• Deep Banking knowledge
• Computer Skills and digital knowledge
• Good network in the market
