Description:
1) Key Resposnibilities:
Execute the day-to-day transactions related to own jobs in the department to ensure continuity of work
Receive copies / originals of account opening forms from the supervisor
Data entry of received KYC documents on system from branches in accordance with the service level agreement.
Data entry for new opening accounts for corporate / individual / Joint / ………..etc. on system.
Return account opening documents to the supervisor in case missing documents/ approvals that hinder the account opening process
2) QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking related field. Related certifications are considered an asset
0-3 years of experience for Officer.
Skills:
Excellent command of English and Arabic languages (written and spoken)
Excellent leadership, decision making and negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent planning and organizing skills
